You can now train as a garden designer from home, wherever you are in the world via our two year online interactive diploma course  which utilises the latest web-based technologies.

There's a lot of  misconception regarding the word online. This course is not a gardening correspondence course, but a true virtual classroom giving you the next best thing to attending the lectures in person.

You will participate via on-line video tutorials which you download direct to your computer and you will be allocated your own personal tutor.
This two-year distance learning course offers:

• Interactive video tutorials and audio lectures.

• A personal tutor

• Community-based learning in the "virtual classroom", enabling students to talk with their tutors and fellow students via web chat and our online forums.

• Audio Lectures to listen to on iPod/phone/MP3 player

• Online gallery – enabling you to share ideas & feedback on your designs, planting plans, gardening, construction drawings with fellow students.

• Monthly webinars - live video streams  with question and answer sessions.

You can finish your interactive online garden design course in just 12 months and this would require a minimum of 25 hours of study a week, but we expect most students to take 18-24 months to complete it.
